Rosemary’s Pizza is a neighborhood pizzeria located at 1 Perry Street in New York City’s West Village. Rosemary’s Pizza was founded by Carlos Suarez in 2018, and like its sister restaurant Rosemary’s, Rosemary’s Pizza is named after Suarez’ mother and is inspired by her home in Lucca, Tuscany.
Executive Chef-Partner Wade Moises serves wood-fired, Neapolitan-inspired pizzas and salads with an emphasis on local ingredients, including a custom flour blend from Wild Hive Mills and produce from Rosemary’s Farm in the Hudson Valley.
Rosemary’s Pizza is open for daily for lunch, brunch, and dinner, and accepts takeout and delivery orders. Rosemary’s Pizza does not accept reservations.
